Ultradent Products, Inc. is seeking a skilled Video Production Specialist to join our in-house video team in Salt Lake City.

You will help create customer-facing ads, training videos, and internal content across Marketing, Training, HR, and events, driving brainstorming and production from pre to post-production. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage timelines, and direct talent for shoots, editing, and motion graphics, while maintaining organized project files and contributing

Formación

• Proven experience in video production with a demo reel or portfolio.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere and After Effects.
• Experience operating video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Degree or active pursuit in video/media-related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with producer, copywriters, designers, and clinicians on projects.
• Manage projects to stay on schedule and on brief.
• Contribute to video content brainstorms and story concepts.
• Create storyboards and concepts for owner buy-in.
• Plan shot lists and filming schedules.
• Set up and maintain filming equipment; direct talent and operate cam/audio/light.
• Edit footage and graphics into final deliverables; create motion graphics.
• Organize project files to team standards; assist during live events.

We’re looking for a talented Video Production Specialist to join our in-house video team. Our team creates all customer-facing advertising and educational videos for Marketing, as well as a healthy mix of internal videos for Training, HR, in-person events, and more. Our collaboration with every team at Ultradent is one of the highlights of the job—you’ll get to know a wide variety of the incredible people here. Not only do we produce, film, and edit video, we lead our own content brainstorms and strategy. If you have a passion for all parts of production (pre to post), a self-driven attitude, critical thinking skills, and an enthusiasm for creativity, you are our ideal candidate!

As a Video Production Specialist, You Will

• Collaborate with a producer, copywriters, designers, brand managers, clinicians, and other stakeholders
• Manage your projects to keep them on schedule
• Contribute to video content brainstorms
• Create storyboards/proof-of-concepts for project owner buy-in
• Plan shot lists and filming schedules
• Set up, break down, and maintain all filming equipment
• Direct talent and operate camera, audio, and lights
• Edit footage, audio, and graphics into final deliverables
• Create motion graphics from existing design elements
• Organize project files to a team standard
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
• Assist during production of live and live-streamed events

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Proven working experience in video (Demo Reel/Portfolio required)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) Bonus (Audition)
• Expertise in video camera (DSLR) operation, lighting, and audio/microphone
• Expertise in After Effects and motion graphic skills
• Proficiency in asset management
• Mac proficient
• Be detail-oriented with an ability to efficiently organize and schedule
• Ability to consistently drive projects while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work and work independently and in teams
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• Ability to work in Microsoft office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Desire to continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For In You

• 2–5+ years video production experience is ideal
• Experience in creating motion graphics
• Associates/Bachelors Degree in Video Production, Communication Studies, Media Studies, or related creative field preferred
• Knowledge/Experience with YouTube, TikTok, and other social media and trends
• General understanding of marketing and branding
