Summary
In the position of Video Production Manager, you will be responsible for the creation of video content from beginning concepts to finished deliverables in collaboration with Studio M team and others, leading projects and partnering with 3rd party vendors on content strategy and execution. Collaborate with various departments within the company and externally in order to fulfill the communication needs to be hosted through various means of multimedia hybrid meeting support, live stream workflows, and prerecorded content, whether on site or through travel.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop sales driving video content: Through thorough pre-production and on-set expertise, partnering with key stakeholders in sales and marketing, and outlining multimedia tools to help inform, educate, engage, entertain employees, bottlers, and partners to drive sales, revenue, and culture.
- Editing: Through thorough post-production bringing sales, revenue, culture driving multimedia across the finish line to polished deliverables. Motion graphics, audio mixing, non-linear editing, strong sense of storytelling and business knowledge a must.
- Personnel Development: Ability to benchmark, coach, and train employees to level up across creative skillsets as well as business acumen. Corporate administration duties including interviewing, timesheet management, conflict resolution, Microsoft office and development planning are critical to success.
- Ability to develop and execute a wide range of workflows including pre-produced content production, live and hybrid event audit visual (A/V) production, and identifying new capabilities and industry trends.
- Management and organization of A/V production equipment, inventory, and digital asset organization and enforcement.
- Understand the business and culture of the organization in order to communicate in an effective and exciting way, expected to work independently work well under tight deadlines. Responsible for creating sales and revenue driving media, but also developing creatives that report into them.
Position Requirements
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Creative Field (Film/TV), Marketing, Communications or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in researching, developing, and assessing concepts and finished scripts
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in current video production techniques, procedures
- Computer Skills Desired: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Working knowledge of matrix switches, audio and video signal flow, mixers, amplifiers, microphones, cameras, preferred
Base Salary Range: $78,750 - $105,000 annually
