Job summary

Vestmark is seeking a Video Production Coordinator Intern to refresh VestmarkONE training videos reflecting the new UI. You’ll plan, record, edit, and publish updated short-form videos to align with the updated PTE Online Help library.

This hands-on role is ideal for a student in video production, instructional design, or education technology in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will gain real-world experience supporting Vestmark's Training & Education team and contribute to a polished,

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software (e.g., Camtasia or similar tools); comfortable learning new tools quickly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional-looking video content.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow structured scripts/outlines and take directions from subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

Review the existing PTE training video library identify which videos require updates due to UI changes.
Re-record and re-edit short-form training videos in the updated PTE Vogue environment, matching the tone, pacing, and structure of Vestmark's existing PTE Online Help video library.
Use screen-capture and video-editing tools to produce polished, consistent videos, including trimming, adding callouts/annotations, voiceover syncing, and captions.
Work with the Training team to prioritize which videos to tackle first, based on product area priority and upcoming client upgrades to UI.
