Job summary

Vestmark's Training & Education team is seeking a motivated Video Production Coordinator Intern to refresh our VestmarkONE (PTE) training videos to reflect the newly released UI. Working with the VP of Training and Education, the intern will plan, record, edit, and publish updated short-form videos so that Vestmark's PTE Online Help library accurately mirrors the new UI.

This hands-on internship is ideal for a student pursuing video production, instructional design, or education technology

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional video content.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow scripts.

Responsibilities

• Review the existing PTE training video library and identify videos needing UI updates.
• Re-record and re-edit short-form training videos in the updated PTE Vogue environment.
• Produce polished videos with callouts, annotations, voiceover syncing, and captions.
• Prioritize videos based on product area priority and upcoming UI upgrades.
