Job summary

Vestmark, Inc. is seeking a motivated Video Production Coordinator Intern to refresh the VestmarkONE training videos to reflect the new UI.

You will plan, record, edit, and publish updated short-form videos, ensuring the library matches Vestmark's updated Online Help content. The role involves hands-on production, working with the Training team and VP of Training & Education to deliver polished videos that align with existing tone and structure.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software; quick learner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional video content.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to follow scripts and directions.

Responsibilities

• Review the existing PTE training video library and identify updates due to UI changes.
• Re-record and re-edit short-form videos in the updated PTE Vogue environment to match tone and structure.
• Use screen-capture and editing tools to produce polished videos with captions and callouts.
• Prioritize videos based on product area priority and upcoming client UI upgrades.
