Job summary

Advisors Excel is seeking a Video Intern in Topeka, KS, onsite, to gain hands-on experience in video production. You will edit client and corporate videos, assist in preproduction, and support on-site shoots, gaining exposure to creative marketing initiatives.

You will work with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, learn studio management, and contribute to internal trainings while building your portfolio and professional network.

Qualifications

• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro).
• Basic understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and sound.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit and revise client and corporate videos, including basic edits and graphics.
• Maintain and organize video and audio equipment for shoots.
• Assist in preproduction planning and on-site filming support.
• Handle equipment prep and related paperwork for projects.
• Record internal trainings with high-quality video and audio.
