Job summary
The Philadelphia Union is seeking a Video Production Coordinator to creatively bring brand stories to life across digital, social, broadcast, in-stadium and other platforms.
The role reports to the Manager, Video Production and manages projects from concept to final delivery, prioritizing needs, collaborating across the organization, and traveling for selected away matches and events.
Qualifications
- Experience producing video content from concept to delivery.
- Strong creative instincts with production and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, shoot, and edit video projects from concept through final delivery.
- Determine creative/technical approaches based on objectives, audience, platform, and brand.
- Lead on-location and studio productions including interviews and campaigns.
- Make decisions on shot composition, lighting, audio, and interview presentation.
- Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and related gear.
- Capture content during matches, fan experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Travel for away matches and events as required.
- Edit short- and long-form videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
- Create platform-specific versions for social, web, and broadcast.
- Add graphics, music, color correction, and post-production elements.
