Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Video Production Assistant to bring the brand to life through high-quality video content across social, campaigns, and marketing channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will support the full production process from pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-production organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in video production, content creation, media support, or a related creative environment.
• Basic understanding of production workflows, including pre-production, shoot-day support, and post-production file organization.
• Experience using Asana or similar project-management software to manage creative projects, timelines, tasks, and asset workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-production planning, including shot lists, schedules, call sheets, locations, talent details, releases, and production materials.
• Help coordinate props, wardrobe, supplies, travel, and other logistics needed for shoots and activations.
• Prepare, transport, set up, and break down cameras, lighting, audio equipment, props, and other production gear.
• Support on-set logistics and coordination to help production days run smoothly and stay on schedule.
• Capture, ingest, label, and organize footage, releases, assets, and production files so content is easy to locate and use.
• Maintain organized file structures, backups, rough selects, exports, versions, and other post-production deliverables.
• Keep production equipment inventory organized, flagging maintenance needs, missing gear, or supply gaps to the team.
• Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing, Social, Digital, and other internal stakeholders to support content that aligns with campaign goals and brand standards.
