• Strong Frame.io and DAM/MAM archiving skills.
• AI experience and ability to automate motion workflows.
• Ability to build templates, asset libraries, and scalable systems.
• Track record of delivering across multiple channels and formats.
• Excellent shortform, advertising and social storytelling skills.
• Strong UI animation for vector product interfaces.
• Strong design, typography and attention to detail.
• Effective people manager with clear, proactive communication.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities
