Job summary

CCV is seeking a Central Video Producer to lead end-to-end video projects for weekend services, teaching series, and church-wide initiatives. You will coordinate with the Teaching Team, ministry leaders, and creatives to deliver compelling content on time and with artistic excellence.

Ideal candidates are organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple productions, from concept through delivery, while supporting CCV’s mission and communicating clearly with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production or scenic design experience in video, film, live events, or ministry contexts.
• Ability to design, build, source, and dress sets and props for on-camera use.
• Experience with pre-production planning, shoot-day workflows, and collaboration with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full video production process from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Teaching Team to produce sermon-related video content.
• Coordinate life-change stories and ministry-aligned storytelling content.
• Lead pre-production meetings and communicate project details to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
