The Bible Chapel in Canonsburg, PA seeks a Creative Video Manager to lead the church's video production from storyboarding through capture, editing, and distribution. You will drive pre-production, supervise crews, and manage equipment and spaces.
You will collaborate with ministry leaders to produce sermon bumps, promos, and testimonies, while mentoring volunteers and ensuring timely delivery for services and online content.
Vision : The Creative Video Manager will champion TBC's video production process, translating the creative vision of the Creative Arts Ministry into effective video content from pre-production and storyboarding through capture, editing, and distribution.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications : The ideal candidate is a mature believer in agreement with the beliefs and teachings of The Bible Chapel. Experience in video production or a related creative field, with education or training in video, communications, or creative arts preferred. Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including: Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, as well as other relevant video editing tools. Experience with Sony mirrorless video/hybrid cameras or other comparable camera systems. A working knowledge of lighting, audio capture, and basic studio production is also important. This individual should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Time/Allocation : Full-time salaried position with benefits
Reporting : The Creative Video Manager reports to the Director of Creative Arts.
