South Hills Bible Chapel seeks a Creative Video Manager to champion the video production process, translating the Creative Arts Ministry's vision into compelling content from concept to distribution.
The role oversees pre/post production, collaborates with ministry leaders, manages equipment and volunteers, and contributes to church-wide videos for services, web, and social platforms.
Vision : The Creative Video Manager will champion TBC's video production process, translating the creative vision of the Creative Arts Ministry into effective video content from pre-production and storyboarding through capture, editing, and distribution.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications : The ideal candidate is a mature believer in agreement with the beliefs and teachings of The Bible Chapel. Experience in video production or a related creative field, with education or training in video, communications, or creative arts preferred. Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including: Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, as well as other relevant video editing tools. Experience with Sony mirrorless video/hybrid cameras or other comparable camera systems. A working knowledge of lighting, audio capture, and basic studio production is also important. This individual should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Time/Allocation : Full-time salaried position with benefits
Reporting : The Creative Video Manager reports to the Director of Creative Arts.
