The ideal candidate has 5+ years in video production, proven project leadership, and a passion for storytelling through visuals. Expect a full-time schedule, on-site work, and collaboration across InterVarsity teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and people.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Electronic communication and/or technical expertise, plus the creative skills to communicate concepts with visual media.
• Growing skills in animation and digital effects.

Responsibilities

• Produce video projects as assigned.
• Lead project brainstorming and evaluation sessions for assigned projects.
• Participate in and direct the production and post-production process of assigned projects.
• Research, conceptualize and develop treatments for assigned projects.
• Interview, transcribe, and script write as assigned.
• Videotape, edit, animate and take on other production projects as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with other InterVarsity teams to design and develop communications tools.
