• 2+ years of experience producing and developing digital videos across various platforms.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time under tight deadlines and fixed resources.
• Full understanding of production and post-production workflows.
• Superior written and verbal skills; able to communicate with top talent and contributors.
• Solutions-oriented problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with design, celebrity, lifestyle, or pop culture content is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support team leads on projects from greenlight to delivery.
• Collaborate across the creative production team; liaison between departments.
• Track projects and scheduling; flag issues around deadlines.
• Ensure all projects and assets are delivered on time.
• Prepare for shoots; coordinate location pickups, props, and craft.
• Coordinate production logistics and gear requirements for shoots.
• Build preliminary budgets with Production Management supervision.
• Assist with contracts and releases for review and approval.
• Independently film low-lift video content in field and studio environments.
• Deliver quick-turnaround edits with post-production proficiency.
• Create call sheets and assist with casting requests.
• Capture notes and track continuity across pre, production and post.
• On-site, gather info, b-roll, props, artwork, and script notes.
