Job summary

Crumbl, LLC is seeking an experienced Video Producer in Provo, UT to create, shoot, and edit compelling video content in collaboration with the Video, Marketing, and Social teams. This role is not entry-level and involves ideation to elevate Crumbl's brand.

You will work closely with the Director of Video to ensure high-quality releases. Responsibilities include on-set production, diverse editing tasks, and managing pre-production within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven videography and editing experience with a portfolio or sizzle reel.
• Ability to capture high-quality audio on set.
• Strong on-set filming skills; no specific camera system required.
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Apple OS and post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Secure and operate equipment for shoots; ensure readiness.
• Film videos on set or location; travel may be required.
• Shoot and edit multiple video styles (product, lifestyle, social).
• Edit footage in post-production to final cut.
• Manage pre-production including ideation and budgeting.
• Maintain an organized file management system.
• Collaborate with marketing, social, and video teams on projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility.
• Deliver content aligned with Crumbl's brand and project specs.

Job description

The Video Producer position is responsible for capturing, creating, and editing video content both independently and in coordination with the Video, Marketing, and Social teams. This is not an entry-level role. This position will also help in the ideation process to continue to innovate and elevate Crumbl's brand and video content. The Video Producer will work closely with the Director of Video to ensure that quality content is being released.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
• Films videos on set or on location (occasional travel may be required).
• Shoots and edits a variety of video styles (product, lifestyle, interview, social media, and more).
• Edits footage in post-production.
• Manages pre-production for video projects, including providing ideas and communicating frequently with other teams, and working within a budget.
• Maintains a highly organized file management system.
• Works closely with the marketing, social, and video teams on a variety of projects.
• Be flexible and capable of working on multiple types of projects simultaneously.
• Produce content at an expert level and ensure it aligns with Crumbl's brand identity and specific project expectations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3- 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficient in capturing audio.
• Strong understanding of videography.
• High-level experience operating cameras and filming; no specific camera system required.
• High-level experience with editing.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Apple operating systems.
• Ability to maintain projects within a deadline
• Experience in specialty programs such as After Effects, Fusion, Blender is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with shooting products or food is a plus.
• Must submit a sizzle reel or portfolio.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to handle change with professionalism and authenticity
