Qualifications

• Two or more years of live production experience.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with engineers and account managers.
• Proficient understanding of safety standards in live events.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and full operational oversight of all warehouse‑based Video prep operations.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Video Department Lead and staff with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee order accuracy verification by reviewing rental software requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure 100% order accuracy by enforcing quality control standards on equipment and configurations.
• Maintain high standards for outbound/inbound Video orders and shipments.
• Oversee prep, deprep, QC, and asset verification procedures for process optimization.
• Report losses/damages and support rapid repairs with Technical Services as needed.
• Participate in weekly production meetings to forecast workload and capacity.
• Identify operational challenges and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee Video inventory management, cycle counts, and long-term asset planning.
