Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with video conferencing infrastructure.
Experience with Leankit, SharePoint, Asset Panda, Power BI for documentation and reporting.
Experience with codecs (H323/SIP), ZoomGov and Webex.
Up to 30% travel is required.
Excellent organization and planning skills, corrections experience, and an understanding of technology in the department.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; high functional computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide support and management of systems required for all DOC sites, including connections to governmental agencies and telehealth initiatives.
Support statewide Video Network Operations for the agency’s public safety and inmate telecommunication efforts.
On-call duty to respond to outages and urgent or unit-specific issues after regular hours.
