At Disc Replay, we buy and sell video games, movies, electronics, and collectibles. Our customers bring us cool stuff all day long. We pay cash on the spot to buy their items and then resell them to others. Disc Replay is a great environment for video gamers, movie buffs, and pop culture enthusiasts.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store and lead a team to create a fun environment for our customers. This role involves being active on your feet all day, engaging with team members and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Staff and develop passionate team members who love our products and customer service
  • Collaborate with owners to meet store performance metrics and share in the profits

  • Embrace change, take risks, and implement new ideas to grow and evolve the store
Requirements
  • Prior management experience (retail preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Good with numbers; willingness to learn about margin goals and cost calculations
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely
