Job summary

ConstructConnect is seeking a creative Social Media Manager who will own the day-to-day organic social presence across major platforms. You will develop video-first content, grow audiences, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive brand awareness and demand.

You’ll build new programs from the ground up, experiment with campaigns, and manage influencer partnerships, while maintaining a strong brand voice and content calendar. Hybrid role with regular in-office days in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or company.
• Proven ability to grow and engage an audience across major platforms.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing short‑form video content.

Responsibilities

• Own Social: run day-to-day organic social across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit.
• Build content programs from podcasts, stories, quizzes, polls, and trends.
• Experiment with formats, channels, and campaigns; learn and optimize.
• Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Internal Communications, and agencies.
