Job summary

Homemade Social is seeking a Content Creator / Social Media Manager to produce compelling short-form video content, design graphics, and craft copy across client campaigns. The role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail within a fast-paced agency environment.

The candidate will manage social channels, plan calendars, and analyze campaign performance from Phoenix, AZ, with 1–2 in-office days monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, film, graphic design, social media, journalism, or related field.
• 1+ years of marketing and social media experience.
• Prior experience creating social media posts, videos, and graphics.
• Advanced knowledge of social media tools; CapCut, Later, Tailwind, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Film, execute, and post engaging video content on social media platforms for clients.
• Oversee creation, posting, and management for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Design marketing materials and graphics for social media and email campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with Project Manager and clients.
• Develop and manage social media calendars; run campaigns for promotions and launches.
• Write engaging copy for social media and emails.
• Analyze campaign data to track performance and ROI.
• Collaborate on concepts and content calendars for clients.
• Ensure copy is clear and error-free.
• Prepare meeting agendas and participate in team/client meetings.
• Adapt social strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Adhere to client brand guidelines.
