Job summary

Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to produce a large volume of short-form video content for multiple platforms. This in-person role reports to the Marketing Manager and focuses on real-world service work, installs, and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will film and edit quickly, test new formats, and manage daily publishing with an eye for trends while collaborating with technicians and the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media trends.
• Comfortable filming and editing content quickly.
• Ability to produce a high volume of content consistently.
• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage posting schedules.
• Comfortable working around technicians and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos weekly.
• Develop creative ideas, follow trends, test new formats.
• Publish and schedule daily content across platforms.
• Support photo-based social posts.
• Document events, training, and job-site activities for social media.
• Work closely with Marketing Manager and technicians.
