Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that support business growth.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Create content calendars, manage posting schedules, and coordinate campaigns.
• Monitor trends, engagement, and competitor activity.
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Plan, film, edit, and publish videos, photos, graphics, and social media posts.
• Capture service calls, installations, employee activities, and customer experiences.
• Develop creative campaigns highlighting services, team, and community involvement.
• Attend company events and job sites to capture content.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, and calls to action.
• Manage audience interactions, comments, and messages.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead generation.
• Analyze performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and recruiting campaigns.
