Job summary

Trenchless Today LLC. in Clifton Park, NY is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to capture and edit engaging content on job sites, offices, and events. You’ll produce reels, TikToks, shorts, photos, and posts that tell our story and showcase our crews and projects.

You’ll develop a consistent content calendar, stay ahead of trends, interview technicians, and help grow our social reach while balancing professionalism with personality in an on-site construction environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or examples of previous work preferred.
• Experience with short-form video and social platforms (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube).
• Ability to tell stories through video and interview employees.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at jobsites, office, training sessions, events, and demonstrations.
• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Turn raw footage into engaging, polished content.
• Develop hooks, captions, voiceovers, transitions, graphics, and concepts.
• Create educational, entertaining, behind-the-scenes, employee-focused, and project content.
• Interview technicians and employees for social content.
• Occasionally appear on camera.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar.
• Help manage social media accounts and posting schedule.
• Stay current on trends, editing techniques, and platform changes.
• Incorporate trends and humor into content.
• Track engagement and identify top-performing content.
• Organize photo and video libraries.
• Continuously bring new content ideas.
