Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Executive Producer, Executive Communications to own and evolve our narrative globally as we scale our sovereign AI story. This role centers on video as the primary medium, shaping voices of senior leaders for customers, partners, and employees.

You will partner with the VP Global Communications, build production workflows from scratch, and supervise stage content capture, transcripts, and distribution at major events.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience building executive and corporate narratives from ideation through execution.
• Experience creating production workflows from scratch (stage capture systems, content atomization pipelines).
• Experience in high-paced broadcast television environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Cohere's strategic narrative across executive thought leadership, policy storytelling, and corporate storytelling.
• Partner with VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and content strategy across surfaces.
• Audit senior voices and develop scalable content playbooks for events, launches, and milestones.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using Cohere's tools for transcript-to-asset pipelines and narrative consistency.
