Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Executive Producer, Executive Communications to own Cohere's global narrative as we scale sovereign AI. Video will be the primary medium to share executive voices and tell our stories at scale.

The role partners with the C-Suite and VP leaders to shape messaging for customers, partners, and employees, turning Cohere’s narrative into content across company channels. The position supports scalable production workflows and AI-enabled content pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years building executive/corporate narratives in fast-growth tech/AI environments.
• Experience creating production workflows from scratch (stage capture systems, content atomization pipelines).
• Experience in high-paced broadcast television environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop Cohere's strategic narrative across three storytelling surfaces: Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling.
• Partner with VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and content strategy/execution.
• Audit senior voices and develop content playbooks for inflection moments (milestones, launches, events).
• Lead production function: stage capture, workflows, and freelance networks.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using Cohere products for transcripts and narrative consistency.
