Job Summary/Description:

WRDW-TV/WAGT-TV has an immediate part-time opening for a video editor/videographer. The role involves shooting and editing news videos daily under tight deadlines. Candidates should be highly skilled in non-linear editing, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and able to work quickly with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Shooting video, primarily editing multiple news videos for various newscasts.
2. Collaborating with producers and newsroom staff to select and edit visuals that best represent news content.
3. Working accurately and efficiently under multiple daily deadlines.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or possessing a bachelor's degree in journalism, mass communication, video production, or equivalent experience.
2. Hands-on experience with non-linear editing equipment and professional video cameras.
3. Dependability, with the ability to work nights and weekends.
4. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
