Job summary

Elevateanddelegate is seeking a skilled Video Editor to produce educational videos, event highlights, interviews, short-form social clips, and long-form podcast/YouTube content. You will edit across formats, sync audio, and add captions, color, and graphics to deliver high-quality, platform-ready videos.

The role requires fast work pace, clear communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and storytelling clarity across episodes and formats.

Qualifications

• Proven video editing experience in educational content, event highlights, interviews, short-form clips, and long-form podcasts/YouTube.
• Experience editing 10-bit footage and multi-camera timelines is preferred.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement for social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit educational videos using various footage types and ensure clear narratives.
• Create short-form clips (15–60s) for social platforms with captions and motion graphics.
• Produce event highlight reels with polished transitions and branding.
• Edit long-form podcast and YouTube content with multi-camera setups and graphics.
• Handle audio editing including noise reduction, EQ, and mastering for podcasts.
• Maintain organized workflow and communicate timelines to clients.
