Job summary

Agency Support for HighLevel is seeking a creative Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging social content, webinars, tutorials, and marketing videos. You will handle cutting, color, audio, motion graphics, and captions to deliver publish-ready work that reflects our brand.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with marketing, and optimize exports for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of video editing and post-production experience.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
• Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage, screen recordings, and event captures into polished, high-quality videos ready for publishing across multiple platforms.
• Apply color correction, audio cleanup, motion graphics, text overlays, lower thirds, and captions to ensure every video meets brand and quality standards.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, delivering on time while maintaining attention to detail and creative consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals, follow creative direction, and ensure every video aligns with the brand voice.
• Optimize video exports for different platforms — social media, YouTube, webinars, internal training, and promotional campaigns, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
• Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, and assets in a clean, structured filing system for easy access and future use.

Ideal Candidate

2–3 years of experience in video editing and post-production.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.

Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.

Experience creating content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Excellent attention to detail with a sharp eye for pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.

Ability to take creative direction and execute independently with minimal oversight.

Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Good quality computer capable of handling video editing workloads.

Stable internet connection for file transfers and remote collaboration.
