Base360.ai is seeking a Video Editor to transform raw footage into launch films, social content, and ads that captivate audiences. You will own post-production from editing to color and sound, shaping concepts, pacing, and hooks for maximum impact.

You’ll work on founder-led content, product demonstrations, and brand videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, using AI tools to speed up production while maintaining a polished, consistent visual identity.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling and editing craft.
• Ability to craft hooks and pacing across formats.
• Experience with SaaS product videos or paid social ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films with strong visual direction.
• Create founder-led content from interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Build paid ad creatives with varied openings and calls to action.
• Bring the product to life with screen recordings, motion graphics, and clear explanations.
• Own post-production: footage selection, color, sound, captions, exports.
• Use AI tools to generate visuals and assets when beneficial.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across formats and channels.
• Improve content using retention, watch time, and conversion data.
