The role reports to the Senior Art Director and requires a hands-on editor with strong instincts, fast turnaround, and the ability to balance speed, performance, and creativity across 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 formats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating range: social ads, brand campaigns, editorial storytelling, and organic content.

Responsibilities

• Edit a high volume of Meta and TikTok ads from diverse footage.
• Develop hooks, pacing variations, and formats for testing.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into creative iterations.
• Identify new angles from existing footage to refresh ads.
• Deliver assets across 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 formats.
• Edit organic content for Instagram and TikTok while maintaining Elm's elevated identity.
• Collaborate with Senior Art Director to bring concepts to life and support brand/video needs.
• Own post-production: captions, motion graphics, color, and sound design.
• Ensure all claims follow regulatory guidelines in partnership with review teams.
