Honeydew is seeking a full-time Video Editor in New York City (or nearby) to craft performance-driven ads and organic content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will iterate rapidly, handling UGC, dermatology partnerships, and hi-fi brand content while preserving a consistent Honeydew look.

You will work with the growth team to accelerate edits, explore AI-assisted workflows, and deliver multi-version outputs for testing across paid and organic channels.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio spanning performance creative, UGC, and polished brand content.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and how to edit ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of organic Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creative and the factors that drive attention and engagement.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience editing short-form UGC and hi-fi footage.

Responsabilidades

• Edit performance marketing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels with hooks, pacing, retention, clarity, and conversion.
• Turn UGC from paid partnerships and dermatology partners into high-performing, native-feeling ads.
• Build multiple versions and iterations to support rapid creative testing from the same footage.
• Edit organic video content for social platforms balancing brand and native pacing.
• Edit higher-end content for brand storytelling, including hi-fi footage and color/audio work.
