Apploi is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & AI Video Production Specialist to produce high-quality video content supporting our corporate communications, marketing initiatives, educational programs, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate combines traditional editing with AI tools such as HeyGen and ElevenLabs to transform scripts, interviews, and assets into engaging, accurate videos for healthcare audiences, while upholding confidentiality and brand standards.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & AI Video Production Specialist to produce high-quality video content supporting our corporate communications, marketing initiatives, educational programs, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in traditional video editing and post-production, along with hands-on experience using AI-powered video creation tools such as HeyGen and ElevenLabs. This individual will transform concepts, scripts, interviews, and existing assets into engaging, professional video content for a variety of audiences and digital platforms.

Experience in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is a plus. The successful candidate understands the importance of accuracy, professionalism, brand consistency, confidentiality, and clear communication when producing content for a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Traditional Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit and produce professional video content for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, employee training, patient and provider education, and internal presentations.




• Assemble footage, interviews, voiceovers, graphics, music, and other assets into polished, compelling video narratives.




• Perform color correction, color grading, audio mixing, sound design, transitions, and other post-production tasks.




• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, captions, and visual effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.




• Optimize video content for different platforms, aspect ratios, resolutions, and delivery specifications.




• Organize project files, manage media assets, and maintain efficient post-production workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional video editing, post-production, or multimedia content creation.




• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.




• Hands-on experience with AI video creation platforms, including HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or comparable tools.




• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, audio quality, color correction, and visual continuity.




• Experience creating voiceovers, captions, motion graphics, and other supporting video elements.




• Ability to interpret scripts, creative briefs, and business objectives and translate them into effective video content.




• Ability to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.




• A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating both traditional editing and AI-assisted video production skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, insurance, or another regulated corporate environment.




• Familiarity with healthcare education, patient or provider communications, compliance training, or corporate learning content.




• Knowledge of AI voice cloning, voice synthesis, avatar customization, and multilingual content workflows.




• Experience developing reusable video templates and scalable content production processes.




• Understanding of accessibility best practices, including captions and readable on-screen text.




• Familiarity with privacy, consent, intellectual property, and responsible AI content practices.
