What You’ll Do:

As our Video + Photo Editor, you’ll play a key role in crafting visually engaging content that helps our clients’ brands stand out. You’ll work alongside our creative team to edit product photos, short-form content for TikTok/Instagram, and campaign assets that reflect each brand’s unique voice.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Editing raw video content into compelling reels, TikToks, and YouTube videos
• Creating clean and cohesive product photo edits for e-commerce and social media
• Applying smooth transitions, motion graphics, and simple animation for campaign assets
• Color grading videos and photos for visual consistency across a brand
• Retouching model shots or flat lays while keeping skin tones, textures, and fabrics looking natural
• Formatting and exporting content in the proper specs for Instagram, TikTok, websites, and ads
• Working with brand guidelines to ensure all content is visually aligned.

What You Need to Succeed:

We’re looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and dependable. You should be able to take direction, meet deadlines, and produce content that feels premium—even under quick turnarounds.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
• Adobe After Effects (light motion graphics)
• Adobe Photoshop (image cleanup and graphic overlays)
• Adobe Lightroom (color correction and batch editing)
• Strong sense of visual style, rhythm, and pacing
• Understanding of social media platforms, particularly IG and TikTok
• Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively on deadlines and revisions
• Organization and file management skills for easy content delivery

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience editing for fashion or e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with UGC-style edits, e-com photography, and vertical video formats
• Motion graphic design or animation skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or brand environment
