Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in design with motion graphics and live-action production.
• Agency or in-house agency experience is preferred.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition.
• Experience with Cinema 4D and 3D motion design.
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, color theory, and brand adherence.
• Experience with ADA compliance for marketing collateral.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to discuss projects with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients and senior leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with local and remote team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers through art direction for multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to analyze performance data and brainstorm strategies.
• Facilitate collaborative concepting sessions for fresh ideas.
• Oversee live-action production including location, budget, and on-set personnel.
• Act as a subject matter expert in social platforms and best practices.
• Participate in project kickoffs, reviews, and client presentations.
• Present to senior leadership to articulate strategic impact.
• Ensure guidelines include ADA compliance in deliverables.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
