Job summary

Xperteez Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a Video Content Lead to drive motion design and visual storytelling in a fully remote capacity. You will shape visual language, craft product stories, and lead animation across launches, social content, and campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a strong motion design portfolio, expertise in After Effects and 3D tools, and the ability to push creative concepts from idea to final execution while collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio in motion design, product animation, and tech-focused visual work.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and strong experience with Figma.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools.
• Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Ability to independently develop concepts and take work from idea to final execution.
• Strong visual taste with a polished, technical, futuristic aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction and execution of high-quality video and motion content.
• Create polished UI and product animations, including interfaces, dashboards, terminals, code, workflows, and cinematic transitions.
• Develop visual concepts from scratch, not just execute existing storyboards.
• Create more experimental brand motion using particles, data effects, distortion, depth, 3D, and generative elements.
• Translate complex AI and software concepts into visuals that feel clear, technical, and engaging.
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative teams on launches and campaigns.
