AuraOne is seeking a Video Content Lead for AI Video Evaluation in a remote, contract-based capacity. You will review model outputs, compare responses, and provide structured feedback to support retraining and rubric refinement.

Responsibilities include tagging edge cases, aligning with the rubric, and calibrating with gold-standard samples weekly to maintain high reviewer quality.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on video content lead evaluation or adjacent content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
