AuraOne is seeking a remote Video Editing Professional — AI Video & Post-Production Review to evaluate model outputs against a rubric and provide structured feedback. You will label edge cases, score responses, and help improve the rubric through recurring failure mode analysis.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently, and at least 10 hours per week of async availability. Compensation is $50 per hour as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on video editing evaluation or adjacent content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities
