Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience leading teams of direct reports.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering and/or leadership of AI/ML teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• Build and grow talent: attract, mentor, and develop a diverse, high-performing team of engineers and scientists.
• Define clear direction by translating product needs into a focused technical roadmap that aligns with LinkedIn’s mission.
