ESR is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Victor Tavern in Edmonds, WA. This hands-on leader will develop teams, elevate guest experiences, and drive sales with smart operations.

You’ll manage scheduling and budgeting, mentor staff, and work toward GM progression. Washington state food handler card is required. Compensation is $30-$33/hr with overtime, about $70K-$75K yearly, plus comprehensive benefits.

Benefits and Perks

• Pay: $30-$33/hr Plus Overtime- This is a 45 hour per week position; there is typically 5 hours of overtime available to our AGMs each week at 1.5 times the base rate. (potential to earnings of $70K-$75K annually) Think of this as your springboard to GM-dom. AGMs at ESR are members of our management team and are compensated accordingly, with expectations of a standard 45 hour work week. This is a Non-exempt Hourly Management role and does not participate in tip sharing.
