Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, sociology, psychology, or a closely related field.
• One year of related full-time experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record in compliance with City Driving Standards.

Responsibilities

• Explain the criminal justice system and victims’ rights.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.
• Explain court procedures and assist with protective orders.
• Ensure clients receive information and support; perform other duties as required.
