Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Two years of experience in criminal justice, social services, crisis intervention, or trauma and violence safety assessment and planning.
• Superior customer service skills and a strong sense of community responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Guide victims/witnesses through the Victim/Witness Advocacy Program.
• Assist with compensation claims and Victim Bill of Rights resources.
• Coordinate with prosecutors and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide information and referrals while maintaining confidentiality.
