Qualifications

• Doctorate or terminal degree from an accredited institution or equivalent senior executive experience.
• 10+ years of senior administrative and executive leadership experience in a research-intensive university or equivalent.
• Strategic leadership in higher education and collaboration with governance bodies.
• Experience translating data into strategic insights and advising executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the office vision with multi-year plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-departmental and cross-college initiatives with clear goals and accountability.
• Prepare briefing materials, strategy documents, and executive summaries for leadership bodies.
• Establish project management and tracking systems for academic and operational initiatives.
• Analyze emerging trends in health sciences education and higher education to advise the Provost.
• Drive data-driven resource alignment with campus missions and priorities.
• Facilitate change management to minimize disruption and maximize buy-in.
• Conduct strategic assessments to identify and resolve campus challenges.
