You will drive student pathways, retention, and degree completion while partnering with Deans and senior leaders to advance institutional priorities.

The role demands strategic thinking, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional influence in a multi-campus environment. Strong communication and change leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressively responsible higher-education leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple academic functions and institution-wide initiatives.
• Proven ability to partner with Deans, faculty, shared governance, and senior leaders.
• Experience with Enrollment Management, Admissions, or related functions for recruitment and enrollment growth.
• Ability to lead in a global, multi-campus, online or complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of academic programs, records, registration, graduation, and related functions.
• Lead strategic enrollment partnerships to align academic offerings with recruitment and market demand.
• Advance global education, study abroad, and academic innovation across Webster's campuses.
• Serve as senior advisor to the Provost and liaison to Academic Affairs and Enrollment Management.
• Establish measurable outcomes and accountability across assigned portfolios.
