• Master’s degree in higher education administration, education, international education, organizational leadership, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience leading multiple functions, complex programs, or significant organizational initiatives.
• Budget and resource management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Global Education and Planning, Study Abroad and WINS, the Online Learning Center, and the Faculty Development Center.
• Translate institutional priorities into strategies, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead initiatives that advance global education, student mobility, online learning, faculty development, instructional quality, and academic innovation.
