J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President for the Advisors Finance Team in New York to partner with strategy and field leadership on financial and strategic initiatives.

You will develop reports, monitor performance, and provide analytical support to drive regional results. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools like Alteryx and Tableau.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and analyze complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to tailor messages.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with strategy team on ad hoc projects and analyses in support of financial and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with home office and field organization to implement initiatives that underpin the LOB’s goals.
• Develop and enhance reporting to distribute to field leadership for performance monitoring.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape and develop metrics aligned with goals.
• Provide strategic analytical support for JPMA home office and field, planning and evaluating regional performance.
• Review and monitor channel expenses to ensure budget alignment.
• Oversee and prepare business review materials.
