Job summary

You will partner with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while building long-term relationships with the Chase Private Client program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration and Life licenses required or to be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• College degree or military equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Manages banking relationships with an advice-based approach to match client needs with products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Promotes self-service options and access to accounts 24/7 to enhance convenience.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
