This role reports to the CEO of UnitedHealthOne and oversees future sales revenue growth from 150+ national agencies and over 55,000 brokers. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team alignment, execution of broker sales initiatives, and collaboration across various business functions.

You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on these challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to target, recruit, and activate new national agency partnerships.
  • Identify industry trends and customer needs to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership across UHC segments.
  • Promote development of sales team through training activities.
  • Represent UHC at broker and industry events.
  • Engage with internal teams for alignment and collaboration.
  • Drive accountability and innovative problem-solving.
  • Develop strategies to expand and integrate UHC products onto third-party platforms.
  • Work with agencies to improve product persistency and quality of submissions.
  • Develop broker bonus and incentive programs.
  • Identify new growth verticals with the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethics.
  • Possess strong financial acumen.

Performance will be recognized in a challenging environment with clear development pathways.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of successful sales or sales management experience in Health Insurance.
  • 5+ years managing teams with direct reports.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Broker Management Experience.
  • Experience working with General Agencies.
  • Solid data analytical skills.
  • Remote employees must adhere to telecommuting policies.

The salary range is $130,000 to $240,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on sales performance. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
