What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of proven successful sales and/or sales management experience in health insurance
- 5+ years of management experience with direct reports
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to utilize PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong networking skills and ability to collaborate among various business functions
- Driver's license and access to reliable transportation with willingness to travel 50% +/- depending on business needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of broker management experience
- 5+ years of experience working with general agencies
- Solid data analytical skills
