Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President to lead end-to-end transformation of Treasury planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.

You will partner with planning and analysis teams to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen controls across critical Treasury disciplines. You will translate business needs into interim and target-state solutions, guide delivery from requirements through testing and handover, and oversee governance to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Treasury/Finance experience including planning & analysis, liquidity and balance sheet management, or product control.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience leading change initiatives in a controlled finance environment with process redesign, standardization, and automation delivery.
• Strong understanding of liquidity frameworks (LCR, NSFR, stress liquidity).
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes and management reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile and structured governance for delivery.
• Working knowledge of Python (or similar) for data analysis and automation; ability to apply emerging technologies to finance workflows.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Sigma) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change across finance, data, and technology to modernize Treasury planning and reporting.
• Partner with planning and analysis teams and stakeholders to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Standardize data definitions and reporting outputs for governance and consistency.
• Design automation for forecasting, budgeting, and analytics across balance sheet topics.
• Translate requirements into interim and target-state deliverables; oversee the transformation roadmap and milestones.
• Govern delivery through forums; track risks, issues, interdependencies with auditability.
• Ensure timely delivery with strong controls and auditable processes.
