Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President to lead Planning and Analysis Transformation within Treasury, driving modernization of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting at scale.

You will partner with planning, liquidity analytics, and technology teams to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen controls, influencing senior leaders. You will guide delivery from requirements through testing and handover, in a collaborative environment valuing curiosity,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Treasury/Finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience leading change initiatives in a controlled finance environment.
• Strong understanding of liquidity frameworks (LCR/NSFR).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with planning and analysis teams, liquidity analytics, controllers, and technology to gather and define requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline end-to-end planning and analysis processes.
• Standardize data definitions and reporting outputs for quality and governance.
• Design automation for forecasting, budgeting, and analytics across balance sheet topics.
• Translate requirements into clearly scoped deliverables for interim and target-state.
• Lead the transformation roadmap, including scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Align stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and control compliance.
• Oversee UAT, validation, and issue resolution prior to handover.
• Govern delivery through forums with risks, issues, and auditability.
• Escalate constraints and risks to support stable delivery.
